When you use the property form, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property address, the decision you are considering, timing, occupancy, preferred contact method, and notes about the property. Information you provide by phone, text, or email may also be retained. Wix, the hosting and business-platform provider, may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including device, browser, IP address, cookie, and server-log data.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, evaluate the property situation you asked about, communicate with you, create or update a contact record, protect the site from abuse, maintain business and transaction records, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a generic marketing drip campaign.
